Description
These printable chemistry doodle notes are designed to provide an easy reference for intermolecular forces such as hydrogen bonding, dipole-dipole interactions, and dispersion forces. Bulk properties such as boiling point, melting point, and viscosity are also included.
Your students will love to doodle and learn!
NOTE: These doodle notes are also found in my Full Chemistry Curriculum.
What you’ll find on this page:
- Types of intermolecular forces (Hydrogen bonding, dipole-dipole forces, and London dispersion forces)
- Visuals to show these forces with molecules
- Bulk properties affected by intermolecular forces (boiling point, melting point, viscosity)
This doodle notes page comes in 3 versions:
- Blank
- Typed page to use as an answer key
- Colored student example page
Why use doodle notes?
Doodle notes and graphic organizers help students take notes in an effective, concise way by synthesizing knowledge and providing a visually-engaging format for student comprehension.
These pages encourage students to use both hemispheres of their brain, which aids in memorization of concepts. The use of gray backgrounds and images allows student doodles to “pop” on the page.
These worksheets are perfect for reference later in the year and you can add them to interactive notebooks or use as traditional note pages.
**Please note: Due to the images used in the creation of these doodle notes, they are not editable. Thanks for your understanding!
