This protist lab is designed to be an introduction to the microscopic world of protists. Two versions of the lab are included so students can use prepared microscope slides or pond water samples.

Includes:

• Teacher instructions and answer keys
• Student Version 1- drawing protozoans (Euglena, Paramecium, & Amoeba) from prepared microscope slides with comprehension questions for each protozoan
• Student Version 2- open-ended drawing and labeling exercise to be used with any pond water specimen
